Same as the most recent reviews, waited over 3 weeks for some leggings. Same excuses and awful customer service, no apology, just blaming it on strikes which happened way after I ordered. There was absolutely nothing on the website to say to would take 10 days just to dispatch (it took 12) and you were only altered to this in your confirmation email. Will not be ordering from them again.

Awful. I ordered some leggings almost 4 WEEKS ago now, and still haven’t received. I contacted them and there customer service is shocking!! Shows their online on Instagram but ignores yours messages for days. They keep blaming on Black Friday & RM strikes but I ordered way before those things. Told me to contact them on Monday (today) if there is no update and now have told me to wait even longer !! DO NOT BUY from this company!! Shein takes quicker to deliver 🙄

Awful. They didn’t pay the postage charge so I had to pay to collect the parcel (meaning I’ve spent over £7 on postage fees)
Was told they’d refund me - still waiting 6 weeks later and any time I try to contact them I get a generic response saying it will be sorted soon.
Do not recommend.

Really disappointed with this company. Their clothing looks great on Instagram (advertised by Pheebslfashion), I was really excited to receive my order when I placed it. I can’t comment on the quality or the fit of the clothes as unfortunately I never received my order. I placed an order on the 26th of June (over £200s worth). Upon ordering it did state that it may take up to 10 days for dispatch but I was okay with this. 12th of July I still had no dispatch confirmation, so I enquired to see where the order was. I was told my order was still getting ready at the warehouse. I chased again on the 17th of July - I was then told “ We are experiencing a delay with our shipping partner for our stock including the effortless summer collection; however this is due to arrive on the 20th of July and your order will be dispatched shortly after”. Which is disappointing as this was never communicated to me until I reached out. On the 22nd July I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund as no goods had been received and no confirmation of dispatch either. This was acknowledged the same day and I was told I would get a refund. I had to chase this again on the 26th of July as no refund had been received. Finally, my refund was received on the 1st of August however the service has just been shocking. I have to credit the customer service as they did always respond and give me an answer.

What an absolutely awful experience with this company. An order was placed for over £200 worth of products in June. At the time of ordering (and taking my money) they said the items would be shipped on July 8th. That came and went with no contact, apology or update from them. I enquired when I would receive said items and was told they would be sent out July 20th. Well that came and went …… and yep, no contact or apology. So again I contacted them for an update, now they’ll be shipped next week. They have blamed their supplier (again) this has happened with every order I’ve ever placed with them. I was offered a complimentary voucher yesterday which was apparently going to be emailed to me ……. you guessed it, that hasn’t arrived either!

It’s now August 9th and we’ve still not received the order!

For a few years I anticipated making a purchase from Another Version, seeing the great amount of influencers styling their tracksuits.

On the website it states that products are premium quality, so naturally my expectations were set high. However, upon unpacking the products I was quickly disappointed.

To put things simply, these products aren't exactly "Super Soft" or "Premium Quality".

In comparison to other non-premium hoodies I have purchased elsewhere, the material is more rough.

As for the branding, this is printed on. You don't have to look closely to tell this will easily wear away. The website did not specify this, however I did expect this would be embroidered for durability.

I went on to share my disappointment with the company however my email appears to have gone ignored.

I must conclude that I am really struggling to understand the 4-5 star reviews.

Ordered a few things now from AV and have been impressed with every single item! The quality is amazing and the fit! I’ve recently had to contact customer service about a couple of things including ordering a new set but deciding i wanted to change the colour. I emailed them and response time was very fast! 100% recommend!

Poor quality and terrible/ non existent customer service.

Where do I even start. Placed an order for a matching pair of sweat pants and hoodie. A week and a half passed without any information from the company until I emailed to ask what was wrong. They told me that there was an issue with their stock being stuck in transit which I can accept. I then emailed them to see if I was able to change the size as I had ordered the wrong ones by mistake. Another 3 days passed before I get an email saying my items had been dispatched and that they didn't get my 2 emails in time to make a change to the order. So when the finally got dispatched I was told there would be a gift as an apology for the wait. The items arrived in the wrong size and no gift. I emailed again and was given a returns code for free return. I was told I would have to reorder in the right size and add a pair of socks which was the free gift to my basket and use the code they gave me to get it for free. The code didn't work and I had to email again asking for a refund on the socks I just bought! They also wouldn't refund the discount code that I used on my original order. All in all I send about 12 emails trying to fix the simplest of issues!

Another Version are the ONLY athleisure clothes you need in your life. Classic staple pieces mixed with refreshing colours and styles. The second skin leggings are a game changer. I have never had a pair of leggings that fit so well and feel so soft and comfy. The quality is next to none, so soft, so well made and on trend. I love how they have something for everyone. After having my second baby I've felt so self conscious about my body. But when I put on my AV I feel such a confidence boost. Thanks for helping me love my body more!!

The Ultimate collection is amazing, I ordered all the colors, I couldn't make up my mind and I don't regret it :). Fast delivery, great e-mail contact. The quality of cotton is the best. These are not my first tracksuits and definitely the last. I recommend !!!

So I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I had to - I’m on my 4th hoodie from Another Version and I’m OBSESSED!! Literally every hoodie is the exact fit I’m looking for and the quality is insane! I won’t buy my hoodies from anywhere else now as none of them compare!! Already eyeing up which one I’m going to buy next😍
